We make every effort to package and ship your wine within 24 hours of receiving your order. If your order will take longer than 24 hours to ship, we will promptly alert you via email, or with a phone call so that you know exactly what the status of your order is. You will also receive an email from our carrier, UPS, alerting you to your expected delivery date, based on the level of shipping you have selected. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, so any orders received on those days will be shipped the next business day.
Your credit card account information is not stored in our database, but is relayed to a PayPal.com secure payment processing gateway and the transaction is either approved or declined in "real time" and only the transaction status data is returned to our site and stored in the database.
All orders are encrypted with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. |
